ABOUT US

We started on the inside. That's the difference.

Most security firms pitch from the outside. We started inside state HHS agencies — building the systems, staffing the teams, living inside the programme offices. Utah. North Carolina. Louisiana. Canada.

OUR STORY

Twenty years inside government IT. Then our clients asked a question.

Connvertex started with a simple premise: the same firm that understands a system should be the one that delivers it. Not a rotating cast of sub-contractors who need six months of context-setting before they're useful.

For twenty years, that premise played out inside government HHS agencies. Utah's eREP programme. North Carolina's NC FAST. Canada's $6.6B Benefits Delivery Modernization alongside Deloitte and Accenture. We built these systems. We staffed the teams. We stayed.

Then our clients asked the question that changed the firm: “You built this — can you test it too?”

Instead of pretending, we went and built the capability. We partnered with SecureLayer7, a CREST-certified offensive security firm, and brought their depth into the engagements we already do. Now we deliver penetration testing, GRC, vCISO, and compliance programmes alongside the IT consulting and modernization work we've always done.

Two practices. One team. Still small enough that the person in the scoping call is the person who does the work.

OUR TEAM

The people who do the work. Starting with the person who started the firm.
