Who we are

Connvertex Inc. ("Connvertex", "we", "us") provides federal IT modernization and cybersecurity consulting services. This policy describes how we handle information collected through connvertex.com and any associated subdomains.

What we collect

Information you provide

  • Contact form submissions: name, organisation, message, and the purpose you select. We do not collect your phone number unless you volunteer it in a message body.
  • Booking requests: name, email, and meeting notes submitted through our Cal.com scheduling pages.
  • Newsletter subscriptions: email address only.

Information collected automatically

We use Plausible Analytics (self-hosted) and Cloudflare Web Analytics for site metrics. Both are cookieless and collect no personally identifiable information. No cross-site tracking occurs. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any behavioural advertising trackers.

Cloudflare processes request metadata (IP addresses, headers) as part of its DDoS and performance infrastructure. Refer to Cloudflare's privacy policy for details on their data handling.

How we use your information

  • To respond to enquiries and schedule meetings you request.
  • To send the newsletter you subscribed to. You may unsubscribe at any time via the link in each email.
  • To operate and improve this website.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Data retention

Contact form submissions and lead records are retained in our CRM for up to three years, after which they are deleted unless an active engagement requires longer retention. You may request deletion at any time (see "Your rights" below).

Cookies

This site does not set any tracking or analytics cookies. We may set a session cookie if you interact with a form, which expires when you close your browser. No cookie consent banner is required or shown.

Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you. To exercise these rights, contact us. For requests involving encrypted communication, see our security page.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
